At Tails of the Forgotten Paws, we value open and honest communication. If you have a concern, complaint, suggestion, or feel that your experience with our organization did not meet your expectations, we encourage you to let us know.

Whether your concern involves an adoption, foster experience, volunteer, staff member, event, communication, policy, website issue, or any other interaction with our organization, we want to hear from you.

We understand that misunderstandings happen, mistakes can occur, and sometimes people simply have different perspectives on a situation. While we may not always agree with every concern raised, we take all feedback seriously and review each submission carefully.  Confidential submissions are welcome. If you request confidentiality, your information will be handled with discretion and used only for review and follow-up purpposes. This form is sent directly to our office for review.

We cannot address issues we are unaware of, and we appreciate the opportunity to listen, learn, and improve whenever possible.
